About Nimax Theatres

Nimax Theatres is a leading entrepreneurial organisation owning and operating six theatres in London's West End. Our theatres have a combined capacity of 5,600 seats and host a variety of productions, including critically acclaimed plays and musicals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Electrics and Deputy Head of Electrics in providing electrical services for all performances, concerts, and other activities.
  • Maintain the building electrical installation to a safe standard, ensuring compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations.
  • Conduct regular tests and investigate faulty detectors on the fire alarm system.
  • Operate the lighting desk and provide cover for performance electricians when required.
  • Supervise performance staff in the absence of the Head and Deputy Head of Electrics.

Requirements

  • Relevant electrical skills and qualifications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
