Job Summary:

The primary duty of the Transportation Logistics Coordinator is to effectively manage external transport suppliers, arranging the allocation of work to suitable transport suppliers, ensuring suitable vehicle and service standards are maintained, and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation bookings and allocate tours to suitable transport suppliers.
  • Ensure suppliers meet our procurement standards and maintain positive relationships with them.
  • Assist colleagues in the transport team with other tasks depending on workload.
  • Participate in emergency response procedures and work on an on-call basis when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within coach touring operations/transportation/logistics.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make calm and informed decisions.

Salary: £28-£30 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: London Office - Greenwich
