About the Role

The Senior Systems Specialist will play a key role in shaping the SAP SuccessFactors landscape at QinetiQ, providing direction and guidance to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the change process, gathering and formalizing business requirements and supporting change management.
  • Oversee and escalate issues/incidents, working closely with internal teams and 3rd party support partners.
  • Undertake configuration changes across the SuccessFactors module suite, coordinating testing activities and managing them through change control.
  • Provide end-user support and coaching to ensure adoption, training, and support to key stakeholders.
  • Support routine system activities, including role-based permissions, system monitoring, data imports, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors and the SAP product landscape, supporting multiple modules.
  • Extensive experience in supporting HRIS solutions and a broad understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of development and change management lifecycles.
  • Ability to problem-solve, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
  • Proven experience working effectively with internal and external customers.

Qualifications
