Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in North Wales. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological input to clients with learning disabilities, working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver effective interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide adapted talking therapies, behavioral and systems-based interventions, and bespoke formulation-driven input to clients with learning disabilities.
- Work closely with the Community Learning Disability Team Manager to ensure effective deployment of Clinical Psychology resources.
- Supervise Trainee Clinical Psychologists and be involved in Trainee teaching and supervision of research projects.
- Contribute to the development of the Learning Disability Service, including the formulation of team activity and provision of brief psychological support to colleagues.
We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with:
- A good Honours Degree in Psychology.
- HCPC Registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Postgraduate Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996).
- Clinical Supervision training for Doctoral trainees.
We would welcome applications from Clinical Psychologists with:
- Advanced Training in research design and methodology.
- Significant experience of qualified Clinical Psychology practice.
