About the Job

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Dispensing Optician to join our partner practice in Kington, Herefordshire. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to delivering outstanding patient care and driving the growth of the practice.

In this varied role, you will spend part of your time dispensing on clinic days and supporting business development initiatives on non-clinic days.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • You will deliver high-quality dispensing services to patients on clinic days, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • The practice collaborates with leading lens manufacturers, such as Essilor and BBGR, providing opportunities to explore alternative brands.
  • As a valued member of the team, you will assist the Director in expanding the practice's presence on non-clinic days.
  • With flexibility to select your own schedule, you can work up to 3 days per week from 9am to 5pm.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A successful background in the optical industry and valid GOC registration are prerequisites.
  • Candidates must demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and service.
  • As a representative of the practice, you should exude calmness, confidence, and warmth when interacting with patients.
Remuneration Details
  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £30,800 - £40,600, based on full-time hours and experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package is also available, supplementing your overall remuneration.
Annual Salary Range: £33,500 - £43,100
