Energy System Performance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Energy System Performance Engineer to join our operations team at ib vogt GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of our renewable energy systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Overall operation and maintenance of our renewable energy systems
  • System monitoring to maximise energy production
  • Management of subcontractors or internal personnel for electrical and mechanical maintenance works, inspections, and repairs
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance works
  • Problem solving, data analysis, reporting, yield reporting, and documentation
  • Warranty tracking and spare parts management
  • Ground maintenance management

About the Role:

  • You will ensure the efficient operation of our renewable energy systems
  • You will provide expert advice on system optimisation and performance enhancement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in solar PV O&M on utility scale solar
  • You hold a relevant qualification in an electrical/mechanical or engineering discipline
  • Certification for Schneider Electric XC, Huawei, and Sungrow is a plus
  • You are highly mobile, especially when traveling internationally
  • You are well-versed in MS Office software
  • You can work independently and take responsibility
  • You have outstanding communication skills and customer orientation

Compensation: €95,000 - €115,000 per year, depending on experience.
