**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Specialist to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment, and building services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and manage risks to clients through equipment on site, including critical spares, improving performance, and managing environment conditions.
  2. Fault finding on all types of HVAC plant and equipment, with a bias towards Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems.
  3. Perform the role of Energy Champion and assist in the role of Safety Champion for the site.
  4. Provide electrical and mechanical expertise to the Maintenance team.
  5. Write and follow Risk Assessments and be available to question any issues that arise from them safely and accurately.
  6. Use Mobile Devices to accurately project and complete any works from the CAFM Maintenance System.
  7. Liaise with onsite Supervisor and Account Manager to manage any Building Services related issues.
  8. Supervise and manage sub-contractors.
  9. Participate on an on-call rota for emergency call-out purposes.

Requirements:

  • Strong proven experience in HVAC maintenance.
  • Mechanical competences to an acceptable standard to City and Guild's Mechanical.
  • Good multi-skilled ability.
  • Ability to supervise contractors.
  • IPAF / PASMA.
  • HVAC Controls.
