Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury hotels or a similar environment
  • Impeccable customer service skills, with a strong focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of the local area, including attractions and amenities
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
