Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a senior member of our cloud infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for handling escalations from Level 1 infrastructure support and surrounding automation platforms used to power our Cloud Hosting Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our client hosting AWS environments and internal infrastructure.
  • Point of escalation for Level 1 support inquiries.
  • Advanced analysis of network infrastructure issues.
  • Ensure monitoring and alerting toolsets are fit for purpose.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of AWS technologies such as EC2, ELB, S3, VPC, EBS, RDS, AMIs, IAM, etc.
  • Good IT Network infrastructure knowledge.
  • Windows and/or Linux systems administration skills.
  • Experience with observability tools (monitoring, analysing, and troubleshooting).
  • Desirable: experience of working in financial services or similar.
