Position:Plumber (Unvented) Specialist
Salary: £35,900 per annum

Randstad CPE is seeking a skilled Plumber (Unvented) Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housing repairs and maintenance services, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing units.
  • Repair and maintain unvented hot water systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their plumbing needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to deliver seamless service.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
  • G3 Certification for unvented hot water systems.
  • Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs, preferably within social housing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
