We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to progress into paraplanning, supporting our Wealth Managers in preparing client financial plans and being involved throughout the process.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business
  • Dealing with Letters of Authority
  • Obtaining valuations and illustrations
  • Creating meeting packs
  • Helping with the technical information and presentations
  • Liaison with clients, providers and consultants to obtain required information
  • Conducting research
