Adjacency Recruitment Group is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their team in Cheltenham. As a key member of the Commercial Division's marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing plans, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and facilitating communication to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
This exciting opportunity reports into the Senior Marketing Manager and offers a chance to contribute to a business undergoing transformation. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote new products and services, as well as the business's overarching identity.
- Leading on the output of social media profiles, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, with a focus on driving engagement and visibility.
- Creating compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborating with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches and updates.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure cohesive communication and marketing efforts.
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform marketing strategies, identify trends, and understand customer preferences.
- Providing administrative support for the marketing team, including preparing agendas and taking action points from meetings.
To be considered for this role, we expect your CV to display at least 2 years' experience in a marketing role, accompanied by a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. You will be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, as well as knowledge of Content Management Systems, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp, is essential.
