About the CompanyOur client is a leading provider of recruitment services, with a highly successful, family-owned business headquartered in a modern office.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team, responsible for the end-to-end payroll process for the construction division, while providing cover elsewhere in the business.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively work towards payroll deadlines
- Responsibility for end-to-end weekly payroll for circa 100 staff
- Leaver's administration
- Managing timesheet return
- Making sure all candidates that are to be paid are set up on payroll system correctly
- Making sure all hours/holidays/statutory payments/deductions/fast payments are added on payroll system on time for payroll
- Making sure all invoices are sent to the clients on time
- Assisting with payroll queries
- Liaising with operational teams regarding payroll
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of various payrolls (PAYE, CIS, Umbrella, HMRC queries)
A salary up to £30,000, hybrid working, enhanced sick pay, death in service benefit, on-site canteen, free on-site gym, and more.
