Our client, a forward-thinking Civil Engineering Contractor based in West Sussex, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will work on projects related to climate adaptation and infrastructure, utilizing their skills to produce competitive tender costs and submit high-quality submissions to clients.

• Produce accurate and detailed tender costs for various projects
• Collaborate with the Estimating Manager to ensure company targets are met
• Assist with budget pricing and tender documentation
• Studying tender documentation and assessing the viability of tenders
• Calculate net costs from first principles and ensure timely submission of tenders

• HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience working in a Civil Engineering company
• Working knowledge of NEC conditions of contracts
• Previous site experience is beneficial
• Civil Engineering-related degree or qualification
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Financial and pre-contract management experience
• Full driving license and CSCS Card
