Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher

Protocol Education is seeking a qualified Primary Supply Teacher to join our team in Romford, Greater London.

Job Type:

Temporary, full-time position with the possibility of extension.

Primary Industry:

Education and Training.

Salary:

£120 - £200 per day, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Benefits:

£50 referral fee.

Job Duties:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Supply Teacher to deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the primary school curriculum and be able to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons to primary school students
  • Adapting teaching methods to suit the varying needs of students
  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Assessing student progress and providing feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student development
Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A thorough understanding of the primary school curriculum
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and specialised training in teaching students with diverse learning needs.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a primary school setting in Romford, Greater London, in a full-time temporary position with the possibility of extension.
