Reed Engineering is currently seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Lead to oversee all Engineering and Facility activities at their Aylesford site.

As an experienced Manufacturing/Production Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team while supporting all departments. Your role will involve managing engineering aspects from planning to completion and developing practices to improve productivity and product quality.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld, requiring strong knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • a formal engineering qualification
  • experience in electrical and mechanical installation
  • proficiency in incident investigation, risk assessments, and audit inspections
  • ability to deliver effective training

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 per annum, with benefits including 25 days holiday (plus statutory Bank Holidays), opportunities for personal growth and development, life assurance, health cash plan, and discretionary bonus.
