An exciting opportunity has arisen for an on-site coordinator role with Pertemps Boots Burton Careers. The role is to support the on-site operation at our client site, which is part of a national contract providing temporary labor to meet the fluctuating needs of their industrial business.
Successful candidates will need to have a valid UK driving license with 12 months of experience, as they will be traveling to support in running candidate inductions.
As an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Registration Process: Registering new employees from start to finish, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Candidate Sourcing: Obtaining and actively chasing up new starter information from online applicants to fill client bookings.
- Tracker Management: Updating various trackers daily and weekly to ensure accurate candidate data and efficient staffing.
- Candidate Pool Management: Managing a pool of available candidates, ensuring they are fully registered and ready to fill bookings.
- Reporting: Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, providing regular updates on staffing and candidate progress.
An ideal Recruitment Coordinator will possess the following skills:
- Industrial Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in industrial or contract recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Candidate Sourcing: The ability to source candidates to fill client bookings, utilizing effective recruitment strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, confident and happy to work with groups of people, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, providing a high level of support to clients and candidates.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data and efficient processes.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Organization and Planning: Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
