English Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team in High Wycombe. As an English Teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the development of our school community.

Responsibilities:
  • To teach English to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
  • To develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • To assess student progress and achievement, and provide feedback to students and parents.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective curriculum plans.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths.
  • At least 2 years experience teaching young people with SEMH.
