Personal Tax Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Personal Tax Executive to join our dynamic team at Clark Wood. As a leading accountancy firm in Truro, we pride ourselves on exceptional client service and innovative tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax legislation.
  • Provide expert advice on personal tax issues, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and income tax planning.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and strategies for clients.
  • Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients to resolve tax issues and disputes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and industry trends to provide proactive advice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent with solid experience in personal tax.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax regulations.
