Assistant Shop Management Team Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Shop Management Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Poundland & Dealz. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily huddles to communicate commercial objectives and achieve sales targets.
- Create a safe working environment for your team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
- Support the Store Manager in managing new colleagues' inductions and ongoing training and development.
- Ensure all products are priced, merchandised, and maintained to ensure the store runs smoothly.
