Insurance Support Role

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Job Type: Permanent

We are pleased to be working with a new Client relocating their office to Chelmsford.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to a client's insurance programme, ensuring retention and development of the business.
  2. Maintain accurate records, forms, and documents as required.
  3. Contribute to credit control processes, actively tracking premium payments and pursuing uncollected premium.
  4. Verify policy documentation in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Manage queries with the market, including changes in cover and risk.
  7. Respond promptly to account queries.
  8. Support the team's administrative needs to enable them to deliver advocacy services to clients.
  9. Assist in preparing data for pre-renewal, broking, and client renewal reports/presentations.
  10. Manage risk improvements and ongoing updates for clients and insurers.
  11. Prepare and finalise market reform slips and policy schedules for client renewals.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Strong academic background with analytical skills and attention to detail.
  2. Commercially astute with the ability to interpret challenges and find solutions.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
