Insurance Support Specialist

We are pleased to be working with a new Client relocating their office to Chelmsford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a client's insurance programme, ensuring retention and development of the business.
- Maintain accurate records, forms, and documents as required.
- Contribute to credit control processes, actively tracking premium payments and pursuing uncollected premium.
- Verify policy documentation in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage queries with the market, including changes in cover and risk.
- Respond promptly to account queries.
- Support the team's administrative needs to enable them to deliver advocacy services to clients.
- Assist in preparing data for pre-renewal, broking, and client renewal reports/presentations.
- Manage risk improvements and ongoing updates for clients and insurers.
- Prepare and finalise market reform slips and policy schedules for client renewals.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong academic background with analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially astute with the ability to interpret challenges and find solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
