On-Site Technical Support Engineer

beBee Professionals is seeking an On-Site Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' equipment is functioning optimally and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring full functionality.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation.
- Complete service reports and documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an On-Site Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
