Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our Taunton branch, where you'll develop and grow a dual desk supplying staffing solutions to clients within the Industrial and Commercial sector. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for producing vacancy and booking profiles, sourcing and selecting applicants, and implementing sales plans to achieve year-on-year growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality vacancy and booking profiles, along with well-written adverts to attract top talent.
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match them to available roles, and identify potential future talent pipeline.
  • Develop and execute basic sales plans to increase productivity and sales activity.
  • Continually improve sales revenue, margins, and profit, ensuring exceptional client service levels.
