Senior Geotechnical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Consultant to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our Geo-Environmental Engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing site investigations, groundwater and gas monitoring, soil and rock logging, and communicating with clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to factual and interpretive report writing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site investigations and ensure accurate data collection.
- Develop and implement effective groundwater and gas monitoring strategies.
- Conduct thorough soil and rock logging to inform project decisions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Produce high-quality, factual and interpretive reports to support project deliverables.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
