About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HGV Driver to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act on the instructions of the On Board Civil Enforcement Officer to remove vehicles in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Provide relief and cover for other driving staff during periods of absence.
  • Carry out duties with due regard to the Company's equal opportunities policy.
  • Be flexible and willing to carry out any other duties as required by management.
  • Liaise with members of the public and provide advice on parking issues and enforcement procedures in a courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence (HGV2).
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Ability to lift vehicles using a HIAB (training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work shifts and on own initiative.
