Conveyance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Conveyancer to join our team in Peterlee, County Durham. With a rich history spanning over 100 years, our CQS-accredited law firm offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to our expanding business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise quotes, obtain instructions, and provide regular updates to clients, showcasing exceptional organizational skills.
• Deliver expert guidance on conveyancing matters, highlighting key considerations and complexities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction processes, meeting tight deadlines and achieving desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of [£50,000 - £70,000] per annum salary.
• Extensive knowledge of conveyancing regulations and practices, including freehold, leasehold, and right-to-buy matters.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
