Job Description

As a Dispensary Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team members, working closely with the Pharmacist and Store Leader to grow our business. Your technical expertise and personable approach will inspire the pharmacy team, ensuring that our standards reflect our commitment to patient care.

  • Deliver efficient dispensary operations and minimize dispensing losses.
  • Take responsibility for legal, safe, and ethical decision-making in the pharmacy.
  • Tailor conversations with customers to ensure they leave feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.

We're looking for someone with an NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. A genuine passion for customer care and a willingness to lead and support the team are essential.
