Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment, with a strong track record of leadership and menu development.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work a 4-day week, with a willingness to adapt to changing kitchen demands.
