As a key member of the AYMES team, the Commercial Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. This exciting opportunity combines commercial and NHS/public sector expertise to bridge the gap between strategy and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading a portfolio of high-profile projects, ensuring that project goals align with the AYMES mission and objectives. This will involve collaborating across the team to execute project delivery, liaising internally and externally, and identifying and interacting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support engagement activities.
Supported by project management, the Commercial Manager will lead and deliver strategic projects, developing the strategic project roadmap and ensuring that projects stay on track. This will require resourcefulness in identifying the best person to collaborate with to make progress and being hands-on in delivering the project.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, able to see the big picture, and have excellent communication and project management skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth.
