Job Summary
Fletcher George Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Accounting Manager to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our Business Services team, you will be responsible for supporting the Partners in growing our Business Services/Outsourcing offering to our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Partners in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
- Win new business in the Owner Managed Business arena, offering a full Accounting and Outsourcing function to clients.
- Attend networking events and develop strong business relationships in the local area.
- Oversee compliance work and supervise more junior staff in preparing statutory, management accounts, and offering a full bookkeeping and VAT Returns service to clients.
- Manage clients' ad hoc projects, systems implementation, and attend regular meetings to discuss clients' accounting and related results.
Requirements
- ACA qualified with a strong background in accounting and finance.
- Proven track record of business development and growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
