About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Support Coordinator to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support to join our dynamic Admin Team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Taking and screening phone calls, managing the admin mailbox, and ensuring timely responses to patients.
  • Minute taking during meetings and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilizing the patient record system RIO (training provided) to update patient information and manage data efficiently.
  • Establishing regular patient contact through phone or text to arrange appointments and provide personalized support.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as required by the team and role.
Requirements
  • An educated individual with Maths and English qualifications or equivalent.
  • Strong keyboard skills and excellent communication skills.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience with RiO or similar patient management systems.
