We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our pharmacy team, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure that we meet our customer service and patient care standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments within Tesco to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our pharmacy team.
- Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
