Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contract managers, and contractors to ensure documentation is received on time.
  • Audit compliance in line with statutory requirements.
  • Monitor and review safety policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and residents regarding safety protocols.
  • Manage access for fire safety assessments.
  • Coordinate and collate fire/lift alarm checks and other safety checks.
Requirements:
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • GCSE A-C qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Certification in compliance.
  • E-learning/CPD in related compliance areas.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Level 2 Certificate in Asset & Building Compliance Awareness.
