About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our team in Hayle, Cornwall.

You will be supporting three lovely ladies who enjoy a retired, outgoing and active lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for encouraging independent living and love organizing theatre trips, circus outings, and exploring beautiful gardens.

As a support worker, you'll play a vital role in their life, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.

Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Benefits:
  • Estimated salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
