We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our small animal team at a busy veterinary practice in the Cambridge area.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity working 4 days a week with a 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota, no Sundays, and no out-of-hours work. The practice is purpose-built with a large range of equipment, including brand new x-ray, ultrasound, endoscope, dental x-ray, and state-of-the-art lab facilities.
The role would suit a Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of 2 years' experience, looking for a varied caseload with a good balance between consulting and operating on routine and urgent cases. We can also accommodate a consult-only role for the right candidate.
You will be joining an experienced 6-Vet team with their own areas of interest, including a Cert holder in diagnostic imaging and a visiting Orthopaedic surgeon. We offer CPD funding and Certificate support to help you develop your skills and career.
Person Requirements- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
- Registered with the RCVS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Salary up to £65,000 per annum (subject to experience)
