Residential Care Assistant

About the Role: As a Care & Support Assistant at McCarthy Stone, you will provide exceptional individual care to our residents, enabling them to live their later years well. You will deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans. Your duties will be varied and include supporting and encouraging our residents to participate in a wide range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing. You will assist with booking appointments, arranging transport, and escorting residents on visits as needed, as well as helping with their shopping.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will be a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and be driven to make a positive impact. Ideally, you will have experience working in a care or support environment, and a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification would be an advantage.
