Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, steam boilers, and building management systems.
  • Supervise external service providers and contractors as required.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and technicians to maintain plant systems and services.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Work flexibly, including on-call rotations and overtime as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience with HVAC systems, steam boilers, and building management systems.
  • Completed electrical or mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, including on-call rotations.
