The Role of a Front of House Nandoca

As a key member of our front of house team, you'll play a vital role in making our guests feel at home. Your tasks will include:

  • Giving a warm welcome to our guests and making them feel at ease
  • Serving customers efficiently at the till – understanding and meeting their needs
  • Serving amazing food to Nando's high standards that make our guests feel fired up and wowed by the experience
  • Managing the takeaway customer experience
  • Setting up, maintaining, handing over, and closing down a clean, safe, and fully operational restaurant floor
  • Handling deep cleaning to Nando's high standards
  • Following all fire safety, health, and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures
