We're on the hunt for a talented Front End Architect to join our dynamic Tech team at Virgin Experience Days. As a key player in our success story, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, robust, and innovative front-end solutions that drive business growth.

What We're Looking For
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in TypeScript, NextJS, React, Node, Event Driven Architecture, and extensive AWS experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a strong ability to foster a culture of excellence, confidence, and collaborative growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices and SCM tools like Git, with a proven track record of working effectively in agile teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical proposals and assess technical designs.
What You'll Do
  • Design and develop scalable website applications using TypeScript and frameworks like NextJS and React.
  • Build well-architected infrastructure and applications in AWS, Vercel, and other SAAS solutions.
  • Lead and mentor developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborative growth.
  • Work effectively in our agile team, contributing to all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
  • Be a key member of our Technical Design Forum, presenting and assessing technical proposals.
