Entry-Level Viewing Assistant Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Viewing Assistant to join our team in NE Cambridge. As an Entry-Level role, this position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assist with general lettings tasks, including administrative duties and customer service.
  • Support the team with Saturday shifts, either admin or viewings.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
  • Saturday Shift: A minimum of one Saturday per month, with flexible scheduling.
    • Office Shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
    • Viewing Shift: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Salary:

  • A competitive starting salary of £24,000 per annum, suitable for individuals over 21 years old.
  • Overtime rates apply for Saturday shifts: time and a half for office work and £20 per hour for property viewings.

Bonus Scheme:

  • A bonus pot is awarded based on the number of properties let each month.
  • The bonus share for the Cambridge lettings team typically ranges from £1,500 to £3,000 per year.
