About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Chef to join our team at Holiday Inn Leamington Spa. As a Line Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cook food items to specified recipes and standards.
  • Facilitate special requests from guests.
  • Manage wastage through correct product measurement.
  • Ensure adherence to kitchen SOPs.
  • Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.

Requirements

An ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Demonstrable cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook, is essential. Familiarity with industry best practices and Basic Food Safety is also required.
