About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Cardio Respiratory Admin Team at Scarborough Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the technical team, ensuring seamless operations and excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Register and book outpatient referrals onto our hospital administration system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling patient queries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in using patient administration systems and Microsoft packages.
  • Previous clerical experience, with knowledge equivalent to NVQ Level 3.
