We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our Digital team at BNP Paribas Personal Finance. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our customer application journeys based on customer, partner, and market insight.
Key Responsibilities- Provide product vision and anticipate customer needs and market evolutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs on short- and long-term plans.
- Create user stories and features with the squad and ensure everyone understands what must be delivered.
- Make product prioritization decisions and rank stories/ features in the backlog for the next sprints.
- Test the implementation of stories/ features for the product release.
- Analyse product outcomes once released, based on customer feedback and business metrics.
- Sound Product Owner experience working within Digital.
- Experience in leading product development.
- Excellent delivery focus and ability to ensure quality products are delivered to market.
- Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution.
- Attention to detail and experience in best practice digital techniques.
