About the Role

You must be able to influence at all levels of the business hierarchy, using logical persuasion and consensus building within groups. Leadership, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse finance team, promoting excellence, are essential. Highly proficient in using and interpreting data and analytics to support analysis and decision making, identifying gaps in data and reporting, and working with colleagues to develop additional reporting as required.
