This exciting opportunity suits an experienced Physiotherapist who aspires to take on leadership roles while maintaining their clinical commitment. The ideal candidate will have management experience, preferably at Band 7 level or above, and a strong network in the private sector.

The Raynes Park clinic, located next to the David Lloyd club, offers a unique chance for the successful candidate to build close working relationships with the club and its members. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work together to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and treatment excellence.

Your working week will be balanced between clinical and management responsibilities, allowing for flexibility when needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring team performance and adjusting accordingly
  • Collaborating with the Clinic Operations team for effective day-to-day management of the clinic and staff

We offer a competitive base salary, plus a variable component linked to diary utilisation, ensuring you can grow professionally while enjoying a range of benefits, including:
