Groundworks Ganger Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Groundworks Ganger to join our client’s team in Christchurch, Dorset. The successful candidate will lead a small team of groundworkers on various projects, including patios, driveways, foundations, and drainage.

The Role:

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong leader to manage a team of 3-4 groundworkers. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Ganger/Working Foreman or Working Supervisor, with a strong understanding of site safety and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of groundworkers on various projects
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with regulations
  • Manage team performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • NRSWA - street works
  • CPCS OR NPORS 360 excavator card (advantageous)
