Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users, providing comprehensive support from Point of Entry. This includes Screening, Assessment, and Recovery Plans, as well as delivering One-to-One interventions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working within the Substance Misuse field
• Awareness of health issues related to Substance Misuse
• Proven ability to Key Work and create effective Care Plans
