Key Responsibilities

This role involves working within a hostel setting and in the community to support individuals at risk of homelessness, those struggling with mental health issues, or facing substance misuse challenges. As a Vulnerable Populations Worker, you will provide emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance to help clients achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety of clients and colleagues, while maintaining a high level of customer care.

You will work closely with our team to develop personalized plans that address the unique needs of each client. This may involve collaborating with local authorities, housing providers, and other stakeholders to identify suitable solutions for clients. Your starting annual salary will be £11,500 - £12,200, reflecting the importance of your contribution to supporting vulnerable populations.
