Meetings and Events Assistant - Village Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Meetings and Events Assistant to join our team at Village Hotel Clubs. As a Meetings and Events Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings and events, including corporate events, weddings, and birthday parties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure that all events are executed flawlessly.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including decorating, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of events, including attendance, revenue, and customer feedback.
