At Be Caring, our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in the North Shields area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes and achieve their goals
  • Connect people to their communities and access local support services
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and professionals
